Jessie is the founder of Manawa Ecstatic Dance, a movement devoted to creating safe and healing spaces for people to reconnect with their bodies, express their truth, and live from the heart.
As an Angelic Reiki practitioner, Holistic Health Coach, Jessie facilitates others in raising their vibration and returning to their authentic essence through movement, energy healing, and creative exploration.
Born in South Korea, raised in Tāmaki Makaurau, and shaped by 12 years of global travel, Jessie’s path has been guided by spiritual practice, cross-cultural wisdom, deep healing, and motherhood. Her journey has been one of liberation—reclaiming joy, creativity, and inner power by letting go of societal expectations and tuning into her higher self.
Through Manawa, Jessie brings together her passions for ecstatic dance, art, and holistic well-being to offer transformative experiences that open the heart, release old stories, and awaken the soul.
She currently offers Angelic Reiki and Holistic Health Coaching in Auckland, New Zealand.
